General Affairs Department    General Affairs Department handles matters related to the general affairs, personnel affairs, accounting and publicity services.
Accounting and Coordinating Department    Accounting and Coordinating Department processes a large volume of data on ship management costs rapidly and accurately, using a cost management accounting system developed by our company, exchanges information with the relevant sections of the company to ensure an optimum cost management, and provides customers with detailed and timely information.
   The department serves as a coordinator for contracting the hull & machinery insurance and P&I insurance.

Ship Management Department
No.1 & No.2
   Ship Management Departments are organized by Superintendents with extensive experience and technical knowledge, and undertake multiple duties covering a wide range of ship-owners' services such as providing guidance on ship navigation, cargo stowage and operations, hull and machinery maintenance management, outfitting supervision of new construction, processing hull and machinery insurance, underwriting P&I insurance and ship sales and purchases.
Ships under our management include large bulkers, coal carriers, multi-purpose cargo ships and lumber carriers.

   We recognize the importance of our policy to maintain a good balance between the safety of the vessels(hulls, cargos, lifes of crews), considerations for the environment and the cost reduction. We make every efforts to meet the requirements of both ship-owners and charterers under the policy.

   We carry out visit to vessels as necessary for reducing the outsourcing works, and proceed the shipboard maintenance with our ship's crew members for the efficient cost savings.

   Superintendents who is highly competent men are selected from the home countries of crew members and we receive them as our stuffs in order to back up this system. At present, service records of registered non-Japanese Superintendents including Filipinos already have passed almost 2 decades.

   Regarding consulting services relate to maritime technology, engineering, and ship purchases and sales, our members have extensive experience and track records of professional consulting services including those related to the specifications of new construction and repairs, outfitting supervision up to completion of shipbuilding work and guarantee work, and delivery. Our many cargo safety superintendents contribute to cargo operations featuring enhanced safety and cargo-operating efficiency by attending cargo operations. Consulting services in the field of ship sales and purchases with domestic and overseas owners on the basis of extensive experience are our field of expertise.
In parallel with the growing trend of the diversification of the off-shore ship registry business, we possess knowledge and expertise on registering ships in overseas ports/countries including Panama, Liberia, Kypros, Philippines, Singapore, and Marshal Islands and so on.

   We believe that ship management services aim to achieve the best results by optimizing the ship operating market and ship-owner's economics.
Safety Administration Department  
   Safety Administration Department generalize Marine & Technical Division, Safety Management System Division & Legal & Contract Affairs Division.
 
Marine & Technical Division    We carry the role of the think tank about Marine & Technical matters on the accident diagnostication, the drafting of the remedy, the issuance of official document and advice information to each vessels captains about the typhoon, the latest chart, the port information for the safe navigation maintenance.
   In addition to the above our business, we dispatch supervisors for the new ship building and repairing at dockyard, and technical guidance on maintenance works. And also, we follow the current state of "flag‐of‐convenience (FOC) vessel" to diversify for accumulating the know-how of Maritime Registry such as Panama, Liberia, Cyprus, Philippines, Singapore, Marshall Islands and so on.
   
Safety Management System Division    Safety Management System Division has been engaged in maintenance and practice of Company’s management systems which are established in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 (Quality), ISM Code (Safety) and ISPS Code (Security). And others, we endeavors to contribute the improvement ofefficiency in the ship operation, safe working for crew and environment protectionby means of the feedback from the result of gathering and analysis of deficienciespointed out in the inspection by Port State Control and or External Organization And the cause of accident at sea also amend the procedures of the management system according to the revision of international rules, such as SOLAS and MARPOL, etc.
Legal and Contract Affairs Department    Legal and Contract Affairs Department provides the Ship Management Department and masters of our managing ships with advice of preventive measures to the difficulties arising from charter party, as well as advice of responding to the contractual troubles in our ship management. The Department also provides customers with advisory services for conclusion of charter party.

   Moreover, the department provides a variety of services for confirming the legal contents of ship management or manning contracts, and for giving advice to contract or renew the hull and machinery insurance with underwriters or P & I insurance with P & I club.

Seafarers Department    Seafarers Department handles transfers of crews serving on ships under our management, personal data management of crews, management of crew's licenses and documents, crew training, transmission of ship money, applications for P&I Insurance compensation (crew-related claims), negotiation with ITF, crew injury statistics assessment and analysis, and all other services connected to crew manning. At present, ships under our management are served, in a stable manner, by about 2,000 healthy and competent Filipinos, Japanese, Myanmarese, Vietnamese and Koreans.
(5 nationalities in total).

   With respect to Filipino crews, a joint venture was established in Manila in 1975, which has served as a good supply source of competent and trained crews to ships under our management.

   For crews of other nationalities, we have close links with local manning companies to secure seafarers, and to improve their competency and provide them with education and training programs designed for seafarers. As a result, we man ships under management with competent seafarers, while raising the repeater ratio.
Procurement Department    Procurement Department purchases shipbuilding and repair equipment and materials, ship's stores and lubricating oil, etc., under the corporate policy of providing customers with good quality products at competitive prices.
 
Customer Service Division    We carry out for the improvement of services to shipowners.
